Little Creek Casino RV Park to Shelton, Washington

Sunday, August 2

We checked into the new RV park which is really pretty nice. The amenties are very nice, include indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and the bathroom and shower facilities are hotel quality, so very nice. The laundry facility is also not only clean and nice but also the cheapest we have found.

After checking in, we took care of our laundry which had accumulated, drove around the area a little bit to see what was around and then headed back to the RV for dinner. Of course we wandered over to the casino and we both came out ahead by about $20 each so we had fun and made a couple of dollars.

Monday and Tuesday we hung out around the RV, didn’t do much, took a ride into Shelton and checked out the local stores. We decided to go up to Mt. Ranier on Wednesday, so we packed a picnic lunch and set out for the day. Rain was predicted but we decided to go anyway as the one thing that we have discovered about the mountains and the ocean, no matter the weather, it is always beautiful and the differences in the weather acutually change the scenery and you see something different each time.

As it turned out, the day was beautiful and it was a fun day and we will bore you with some of the great pictures we took.
